AUSTRALIA’S BEST TEACHERS
NOMINATE NOW
Julia Dale St Margaret’s Primary School, Maribyrnong VIC
Julia is acutely aware of her students’ needs and develops her teaching practise accordingly. I am yet to see her get angry or frustrated with a child and she treats all her students with the utmost respect and dignity. She has had some challenging behaviours to deal with and she deals with each individual with such compassion. Julia is such a calm and caring teacher who guides her students to strive to reach their goals.

Vince Tavernese St Leo’s Wahroonga, NSW
Along with his music department colleague Fiona Milkins, Mr Tavernese’s input and support helped turn my son from someone who was disinterested and disengaged at school to someone who is involved, confident and has purpose. They did this by focusing on building his musical contribution to the school – and that has spilled through into other areas of schooling. Thank you! - Nominated by Justin Lees
