Thank you to all police who accept positions in Aboriginal communities. Having lived in Alice and other Indigenous communities, I know the difficulties they face, often in times of personal danger. Now we hear about the huge problems again in Alice with the need for a curfew which will not help much.

RL Wilsonton…I never go to Coles or Woolworths now. Smaller supermarkets/grocers are excellent. Make the change now!

Why aren’t we the taxpayers allowed to know how much of our money was spent on the Ghost Bat deal?

Sydney Morning Herald – Australia’s fossil fuel giants set to take multibillion-dollar hit. One word – excellent.

Russell Wilson, I couldn’t agree more with your comments re the council elections. I cannot believe a few of those councillors have been voted back in. Oh well, as you stated, enjoy the ride folks.

Why is it necessary to have prawns and lobsters for Easter? I’m sure there were no prawns or lobsters in the Holy Land when Jesus was crucified. Mal, Toowoomba

Silly Albo and sillier Bowen announcing $1 billion for solar panel manufacturers. We had solar panel courses and training in SA. One of the students did the course, built a factory in SA then dismantled it and took the lot to China. What ever Australia owns or builds, China will copy or steal. We have a grim future if things don’t change.

I take umbrage at Channel 9 calling Gordon Ramsay the world’s greatest chef. Who says so? He has the vilest mouth of any chef.

US turns back on Israel in United Nations, and tragically bridge is hit, with sad loss of life. Coincidence? Those who curse Israel are cursed, and those who bless Israel are blessed. Think about it.
