Emerging Leaders Mentor Program 2024

- Lucas Wegener

The popular Toowoomba Chamber, Emerging Leaders Mentor Program is back for 2024. Designed with the future in mind, this initiative is committed to fostering the personal and professional growth of emerging leaders in the Toowoomba business community.

By pairing each mentee with an experienced business leader from Toowoomba, the program offers a unique opportunity for mentorship and knowledge exchange.

Open exclusively to members or employees of Toowoomba Chamber members who are under 35, the program aims to cultivate a new generation of business innovators and influencers.

With limited spaces available, interested individuals are encouraged to act swiftly to secure their spot in this enriching experience.

Scheduled to run from May until November, the program features a series of seven workshops facilitated by leading businesses within the Toowoomba business community.

These workshops are tailored to cover a range of essential topics, from strategic planning, financial literacy, change management, networking & communication.

Each session promises to provide valuable learning opportunities and practical tools to help participants navigate their professional journey.

The program has been a great success in helping the emerging leaders of the Toowoomba business community take their careers to the next level, with program participants winning the Future Leader of The Year category at the Business Excellence Awards in 2022 and 2023.

For those eager to embark on this transformative experience, expressions of interest close on April 29, expressing interest is simple. Prospective mentees and mentors can reach out to the Toowoomba Chamber by calling 4638 0400 or emailing memberships@toowoombachamber.c om.au
