Cleary expects positive impact from Reynolds

-

WESTS Tigers coach Ivan Cleary says new signing Josh Reynolds (pictured) will bring about a change in the club’s culture.

The Bulldog five-eighth’s four-year deal is the second major signing for the Tigers this week after Warriors prop Ben Matulino.

“It’s pretty obvious what Josh can bring to the club,” Cleary said yesterday.

“There’s not too often you can get a player that can have a significant impact on positive culture. I think he can certainly do that.

“Obviously that’s for next year. We’ve all got our own immediate concerns, but

certainly it’s positive news for the club.”

Cleary would not comment on reports incumbent five-eighth Mitchell Moses has requested another release to join Parramatta mid-season.

While it is believed the club would grant him a release should they be compensated, Cleary expects Moses to remain with the club until the end of the season.
