Premium grade landmark design unveiled
FKG GROUP has unveiled plans to develop and construct the first major commercial office facility to be erected in Toowoomba’s CBD in more than five years.
The four-storey office development is set to deliver a new benchmark in contemporary commercial design for the city. Harnessing a unique ‘wedge’ sized allotment fronting both Kitchener and Phillip streets, architects for the six-star NABERS rated office accommodation utilised the 180-degree perspective across to the city’s parklands in the design of the facility to create a sense of increased space and natural light for the office tower.
