Pedestrian hit

A MAN was taken to Toowoomba Hospital after being struck by a car outside Clifford Gardens shopping centre yesterday.

The man suffered ankle injuries and was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

The pedestrian was struck by a car at the intersection of James and Anzac Ave about 8.52am.
