Water warning

MILES residents are being urged to boil all drinking water.

The Western Downs Regional Council issued a statement yesterday which read: “A boil water alert has been issued until further notice due to water quality issues with the Miles Water Treatment Plant”.

Miles residents should boil their drinking water for one minute.

Council stated they were working to resolve the issue, and government departments had been notified.
