New chef for Yallambee

-

Mongolian beef and delicious Bee Sting pastries are not the first things that come to mind when you think about retirement home food.

But these are some of the choices on the menu for residents at the Millmerran Centenary Retirement Village Yallambee.

Troy Dixon, who was recently appointed head chef at Yallambee, is a qualified baker, pastry chef and commercial cook. Residents can now look forward to freshly-baked bread, hand-made pastries and home-made birthday cakes.
