Warning for jurors
“UNORTHODOX” sexual activity with escorts and “unpleasant” photographs are set to be shown to a Supreme Court jury in a manslaughter trial, a court has heard.
Justice James Douglas yesterday warned the jurors who have been chosen to decide the fate of Benjamin Samy Ghobrial, Milan Walker and Lee Benjamin Feld of the nature of the upcoming evidence.
The three accused pleaded not guilty to unintentionally killing Gregory Hudson in Varsity Lakes on October 23, 2014. Ghobrial and Walker also pleaded guilty to entering a house, and not guilty to robbing Hudson. Feld pleaded not guilty to entering a house and robbing Hudson.
The trial is expected to run for about two weeks.
