Ms Landry is seeking an AVO against Mr Bell, claiming he was “financially mean” during their five-year marriage and on two occasions physically assaulted her.
On the final day of the hearing, the court heard allegations that Ms Landry would drink on her own and on at least two occasions to excess, despite having a serious heart condition.
Ms Karoglan said she was employed as a housekeeper/ nanny for the Bells from January 2015 to March 2016.
Earlier, Mr Bell’s long-time friend, multi-millionaire hotelier Peter Calligeros, claimed Ms Landry was “well on her way” to being drunk the night she got into a marriage-ending fight with her husband on November 18 last year.
Mr Calligeros said he met the couple earlier that evening at a restaurant.
He gave evidence that Ms Landry had a cocktail there and then drank champagne on a boat trip to another friend’s house. At the house he said she drank more champagne.
Later, the couple argued then wrestled for Ms Landry’s phone, which she says left her with a bruised arm.
Mr Calligeros also gave evidence that Ms Landry was intoxicated on December 28 during the celebrations for her yachtsman husband’s win in the Sydney to Hobart race.
The court heard that night she accused her husband of having an inappropriate relationship with his fellow crew member, Footy Show star Erin Molan. Ms Molan’s fiance policeman Sean Ogilvy also gave evidence yesterday.
Magistrate Robert Williams reserved his decision on the AVO until May 18.
