The business is home to The Gold Coast Grizzlys Ice Hockey Club and a skating school headed by Ms BurleySullivan, a four-time Australian women’s champion.

The lease expires in 2019 and Gold Coast Iceland has two, five-year options.

An auction will be held on May 25 at 11am at the Gold Coast Turf Club.
