TITANS STAR’S REGRET OVER COCAINE SCANDAL
KEVIN Proctor has stood down as co-captain of the Gold Coast Titans and apologised for allegedly snorting cocaine in the Canberra CBD. Proctor (main picture) said he was devastated by the incident, which followed his appearance for New Zealand in the Test against Australia on Friday night. Titans CEO Graham Annesley (right) said it was a ‘very much out of character incident’.

Former Titan Jamie Dowling admits seven counts of possessing cocaine, two counts of supply in 2014, fined $500, given 200 hours community service and two years probation.
Former Titans Greg Bird, Ashley Harrison, Kalifa Faifai Loa and Beau Falloon have possession and supply charges dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
