Of course we know them as potato gems, but like cookies (biscuits) and fries (chips), it’s pimped-out tater tots that are trending. As a kid, tots were an absolute treat and that’s when they were plonked on a tray frozen solid, thrown in the oven and dunked in tomato sauce (we’re keeping that one, America). Weiner Haus have taken that nostalgia and made it better, covering their tots in the choice of guacamole and jalapeño kewpie mayonnaise, or runny nacho cheese and bacon bits.
