POLO BACK IN TOWN WITH ADDED HORSEPOWER

-

The tickets for the festival are capped at 3000 people.

Local players Beau Skerrett, 31, and Mark Lillyman, 38, will play for royalty, dignitaries, executives and fashionistas with deep pockets.

“It’s definitely one of the biggest crowds we play in front of, it’s hard to get people to drive away from the beaches and coffee to watch a game of polo,” said Guanaba local Mr Lillyman.

All inclusive tickets start at $330 which gets guests food and beverages, including Pol Roger Champagne.

For the hipsters tickets to the more casual Polo Lounge are $84.80, where guests will hang out in a beer garden.

The event is also expected to bring cash to the city with Gold Coast Tourism hosting a ‘This is Gold Coast’ event which will show 90 guests the best the city has to offer in the hope of snagging contracts for future conferences.

Ferrari Brisbane will have plenty more vehicles like this 2016 twin turbo 448 GTB out on show with Gold Coast buyers accounting for about 40 per cent of their sales.
