Wild and wacky contestants with hearts of gold gave their all during the Amazing Race ace for Wishes and raised money for seriously ill l children

AMAZING RACE FOR WISHES Gold Coast – various locations

A BIG well done to the Gold Coast branch of Make-A-Wish -Wish Australia for coming up with such a great fundraising initiative as the Amazing Race for Wishes. The third of these annual races involved 80 competitors hightailing it (within the speed limit, of course) around a mystery course in a scaled-down version off The Amazing Race. Costumes, the wilder and crazier the better, play ay a big part but away from the fun and games about $30,000 wasas raised to help fulfil the wishes of seriously ill children.
