Shake-up call builds
LONG-AWAITED reforms to strata property laws could deliver multi-billion-dollar development growth opportunities across the state.
The peak industry body for body corporate and community title management said the changes would be the “biggest property law shake up in Queensland in over 20 years”.
With the public consultation and submissions period closing last week, the Strata Community Association is calling on the State Government to deliver the reforms before the end of the year.
