ESSENDON spearhead Joe Daniher is confident the work he is doing on his kicking will deliver scoreboard results.

The 200cm forward has booted 8.2 in the past two weeks following an extraordinary 1.6 against Melbourne a fortnight ago.

“It’s part of my game which has been quite disappointing throughout my career,” he said.

“I’m well and truly aware of where it sits at the moment and really confident with a fair bit more hard work that I get it to a level that I think I can get it to.

“That’s just going to come with knuckling down.”
