History ahead for Crawford

BOXING TERENCE Crawford patted Felix Diaz on the head and pounded uppercuts into his eye in his latest dominant victory in New York yesterday.

His next fight could bring him all four super lightweight (63.5kg) belts. Or it could bring Manny Pacquiao.

Crawford, 29, remained unbeaten when Diaz’s corner stopped the WBC and WBO bout after the 10th round.

Crawford named Pacquiao, who meets Jeff Horn in a WBO welterweight (66kg) title bout in July, as a potential rival if he moved up in weight.
