Suncorp tickets available

TICKETS remain available eight days out from Origin I but the NRL forecasts a 52,500seat Suncorp Stadium sellout.

Tickets in the upper tier behind the in-goal Milton Rd could be bought for $80 each yesterday, with seats in the premium sections priced from $265 each.

“Game One is on track for a sellout,’’ an NRL spokesman said. “Tickets remain for all sections.”

League officials have high hopes for two sellouts in Brisbane this year because Game Three is projected to be Johnathan Thurston’s last appearance for Queensland.
