Body blow for killers

A “NO body, no parole” Bill introduced by the Palaszczuk Government would apply retrospectively to killers considered for release from prison.

The Corrective Services (No Body No Parole) Amendment Bill would prevent killers – convicted of murder, manslaughter, accessory after the fact and conspiring to murder – from being released until they reveal where the remains of the victim are, or their last known resting place.
