Labrador in must-win game

Labrador led 3-0 at halftime against Valley after goals from Joe Reardon, Sam Young and Blake Wotherspoon.

But Valley netted through Patrick Krusi a minute into the third term before the Tigerstix went 5-1 up after goals from Corey Piggin and Dylan Wotherspoon.

Krusi then made it 5-3 with two more goals before Josh McRae sealed the 6-3 win not far from fulltime.

Labrador play Commercial at the Clem Jones Sports Complex at Carina on Saturday at 4.30pm.
