Bond girls pay tribute to Moore
ACTRESSES who starred as Bond girls alongside Sir Roger Moore have paid tribute to him in the wake of his death.
Brit Ekland, Jane Seymour and Tanya Roberts were among those who shared their grief online.
Seymour and Moore starred in Live and Let Die.
She wrote: “He taught me about work ethic and humility. He was so funny, kind and thoughtful to everyone around him and in that Roger taught me what a movie star really was and should be.”
Britt Ekland, who starred with Moore in 1973’s The Man With the Golden Gun, tweeted: “My Bond is gone, am filled with great sadness. Roger was the epitome of Bond, witty, sophisticated, elegant, funny.”
Actor Michael Caine said his world would “never be the same again”.
Moore, 89, died in Switzerland on Tuesday, after a “short but brave” battle with cancer.
