New faces in Aussie squad

SOCCER WINGER Ajdin Hrustic, 20, is one of three uncapped Socceroos in the 23man squad for their big June fixtures.

Playing for Dutch club Groningen, Hrustic had been the subject of a tugof-war with his father’s native country Bosnia and Herzegovina also chasing the emerging talent.

Hrustic joins Adelaide defender Dylan McGowan and Sydney FC keeper Danny Vukovic in the squad to face Saudi Arabia next Thursday, Brazil four days later and then contest the Confederations Cup in Russia.
