Stay with me please, I love you: Woman’s heartwrenching plea to victim

-

HARROWING video has emerged of a woman crouched over a man receiving medical treatment on the footpath where he had been run down during the London Bridge terror attack.

She is seen begging him to “hold on’’ while paramedics fight to save him.

“Stay with me, please, I love you,” she screams. “Don’t let those f------ get away with it. Come on, please.”

The gutter at the edge of the footpath is shown running red with blood as bystanders joined paramedics in a desperate bid to save the injured scattered along the 269m London Bridge.

There is also video of English journalist and kickboxer Geoff Ho, who was stabbed in the throat when he came to the aid of a security guard being at- tacked on the corner of Stoney and Southwark streets.

Images of him being bleeding heavily and being rushed into an ambulance while clutching a wound at his throat were widely circulated, but after surgery, he was sitting up in bed and writing on his Facebook page, because he could not yet speak.

“Don’t know whether it was stupid or noble to jump in and break up the fight outside the Southwark Tavern, but two a---- trying to do over the lone bouncer on the door isn’t happening on my watch,” he wrote.

They were just two of the stories from the horror night that began so innocently.

Tourists and residents enjoying an unusually warm London Saturday evening were caught up in the terror attacks, run down as they walked across London Bridge, or slashed and stabbed as they dined and drank in the busy entertainment precinct at the Borough Market.

Canadian Christine Archibald, the first named victim of the attacks, died in her fiance Tyler Ferguson’s arms after being attacked. In a statement, her family said it was grieving the loss of their beautiful, loving daughter and sister.

“She had room in her heart for everyone and believed strongly that every person was to be valued and the family wrote.

“She lived this belief, working in a shelter for the homeless until she moved to Europe to be with her fiance. She would have had no understanding of the callous cruelty that caused her death.”

Another of the victims is a 27-year-old French national, known as Alexandre, who was working in the Boro Bistro on the Borough High St. respected,”
