FRAUD — SOUTHPORT

POLICE believe these two women may have informatio­n relating to a fraud offence at Southport. Around 5.30pm on May 11 a woman’s bag was stolen from Surfers Paradise beach which contained her personal belongings and credit cards. Shortly after her cards were used at Kmart Australia Fair to purchase a large quantity of clothing and cooking items in five separate transactio­ns. The thieves bought hoodies, packets of socks, gift cards, a pair of jeans, candles and a measuring jug.

ASSAULT — BIGGERA WATERS

POLICE hope this man can help them solve a reported assault at a shopping centre at Biggera Waters. Around 5pm on May 13, a young man was pushed into a pole twice by a man near the cinemas at the location. The youth continued walking away with the man.

STEALING — BROADBEACH

POLICE want to talk to this woman about a stealing offence at a shopping centre in Broadbeach. At 2.45pm on May 16 cosmetics and jewellery were taken from a department store. The person left without trying to pay for the goods. The woman is described as having an Asian appearance, slim build, long dark-brown hair and average height. She was wearing a grey top with a flannelett­e shirt over the top, short denim jeans, high wedge shoes and carrying a brown handbag.
