Hundreds attend DV prevention

POLICE attended a Chicks at the Flicks event at Pacific Fair, Broadbeach, as part of Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month.

Police promoted DV awareness and education to hundreds of women, raising money for the Domestic Violence Prevention Centre.

“The women that attended tonight have been amazing and we have raised almost $600 to support victims of domestic and family violence,” Officer in Charge of the Pacific Fair Police Beat Senior Constable Sarah McGuinness said.
