Lucky escape from crash

A WOMAN had a lucky escape after her car crashed about 10 metres down an embankment in Wongawallan yesterday.

The 32-year-old woman was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with neck pain after her vehicle tumbled down the embankment on Tamborine Oxenford Road just after 11am.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the woman was lucky not to have suffered more serious injuries.
