Ivan looks for profit

RUSSIAN businessman Ivan Fuflygin is aiming to make a $3 million gain on the Surfers Paradise penthouse he bought from nightclub operator Jamie Pickering five years ago.

The 550sq m Circle on Cavill residence has been put on the market at $6.5 million.

Ivan, 31, and his father, Mikhail, spent nearly $30 million on a Gold Coast residential buying spree that started in 2006 and included a swag of Circle units.
