It’s not truckies or motorists’ fault on M1 with all the congestion it’s State n Federal Govts. The M1 from day 1 back in 2001 should have been 6 lanes each side. Now because of bureaucratic incompetence we have a carpark most peak hrs.

In reply to peak hour. If you ride a bike, average 15km/h you will do the 10km in 45 minutes. You will save 45 minutes, get fit and save fuel.

Instead of a State government, how about we abolish them and every council gets paid per population head instead? All GST, rego etc per head can go towards local council infrastructure, health and so on.

Find it hard to believe people are being maltreated by our hospitals. I’ve nothing but praise for GCUH and Robina. Always been treated with care and respect. We really are so lucky to have such great facilities.
