Raptis has eye on site

JIM Raptis, who’s bouncing back from property adversity, apparently cast an eye over a Broadbeach site on which the Sunland Group is mooting a 40-level tower.

It seems Jim mulled over the viability of buying the Hedges Ave site and building a tower of around 20 levels.

Jim’s listed Raptis Group last year started a climb back from a near-death GFC experience by starting a Brisbane townhouse project called Serenity@Springwood.
