RED ALERT

ROAD authorities in Dubai are trialling the use of coloured asphalt in an effort to improve traffic safety and reduce fatal accidents. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has started painting parts of certain roads red, in a bid to make newly implemented speed limits more obvious and thereby improve road safety.
