WAYMO, Google’s self-driving technology company, has a mission to make driving safer and massively reduce yearly road deaths. The company hopes to add $US140 billion to the value of Google’s parent company, Alphabet, with the wide-scale use of its innovative self-driving technologies. Some lucky families in Phoenix, Arizona are currently participating in Waymo’s free early rider program trialling the use of Lexus RX450h and new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivans.
