November 2005: Arrested accused of stealing five cars, knocking a schoolboy unconsciou­s, snatching bags and then led police on a high-speed chase, before being granted bail. February 2007: Granted bail in Brisbane’s Supreme Court, ordered to stay at drug rehabilita­tion centre. Absconded 24 hours later. March 2007: Was arrested and jailed on more charges relating to dangerous driving and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. A detective told the Gold Coast Bulletin: ‘‘He’s one of the most prolific offenders on the Coast”. “These offenders say the things they know judges and magistrate­s want to hear, get bail or drug court rehab and before you know it, they are back doing what they were before,” the officer said. October 2011: Charged with one count of burglary after he stole a car, cash and electronic­s from a Broadbeach home. November 2011: Arrested for evading police and ramming a squad car with a suspected stolen vehicle at Molendinar. April 2013: Escaped maximum security Glen Innes Correction­al Centre in NSW, where he was serving three years and nine months in jail for traffic and break and enter offences. During the statewide manhunt for him police warned he was dangerous and should not be approached. May 2013: Was found in the roof of his girlfriend’s Pacific Pines home with the keys to a missing ute. Stolen laptops from burglaries across the city dating back to 2011 were also found at the house. May 2013: Sentenced to 33 months, eligible for parole in 15 months, after pleading guilty to seven charges including unlawful use of a car, disqualifi­ed driving and possessing tainted goods August 2014: Paroled from Queensland and extradited to New South Wales to face charges for escaping jail. September 2016: Released from jail in New South Wales after four months. December 2016: Embarks on a 10-day, drug-fuelled bender of car thefts, fraud, break and enter, trespass and more. June 2017: Sentenced to a combined jail sentence of more than 42 years, but given a parole release date of November 2017.
