Beattie’s threat of prosecution

COMMONWEALTH Games boss Peter Beattie has warned people scalping tickets are “selling hot air” and could face prosecution.

The Bulletin yesterday revealed people were trying to resell tickets for more than $1500 each. Mr Beattie yesterday confirmed scalpers could have their tickets cancelled and reallocated to people who missed out in the ballot.
