As fines are not stopping phone use in cars it’s time to get serious. 1st offence mandatory 3 month loss of license, 2nd offence, 12 month loss and immediate forfeiture of vehicle. I will stay in the right hand lane as I need to turn right five km up the road, crazy. Queensland drivers please drive in the left lane unless you need to turn right soon. It’s all about respect for others.
