ANIMAL LOVER HIT AGAIN IN DOGGONE LOW ACT

- JACK HARBOUR

A $7000 french bulldog puppy has been stolen from a Gold Coast home, two years after a similar theft.

Eight-month-old “Kylie” was nabbed from a Pimpama backyard yesterday during a break in.

It has devastated owner and breeder Bianca Muddle, who had four of her bulldog puppies stolen two years ago, allegedly by a Mongols bikie.

Those pups were eventually recovered by bikie-busting Taskforce Maxima cops during a raid, but the latest theft has left Ms Muddle, 30, choking back tears.

The Coomera woman was reliving the torment of 2015 as Kylie went missing from a friend’s place at Pimpama.

“For it to happen again is concerning,” she said.

“I feel helpless.”

The dog lover said she had so many animals at her home, her dogs often did stints with her friends. Kylie was with a friend when she was allegedly stolen between 1pm and 4pm yesterday.

Ms Muddle said other puppies in the same litter had sold for about $7000 and she had kept Kylie for herself to eventually become a breeding dog.

Anyone with information is asked to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
