WHEN the club you co-founded is called Women in Racing it should be no surprise to find Jennifer Bartels living large among the pomp and ceremony of Royal Ascot.

Run over five days, the racing carnival is famous for the Royal Procession when the Queen and other Royal family members arrive in carriages in a tradition dating back to 1825.

Guess who was in the front row as the procession turned into the stands? “I did but see her passing by…”
