• A community hub of about 1000 square metres which has shops, services and entertainment.

• Housing of medium density in buildings from three to eight storeys.

• New road connections to link it with Highfield Drive and Robina Town Centre.

• Neighbourhoods above flood levels with flood and storm water directed into channels throughout the site.

• All new roads will be above flood levels so residents and move in and out during a flood.
