Mermaid Beach newcomer The North Room will hold their Northern Feast next Wednesday. With five courses and a side dish of coastal European share style food and a two hour wine package, the evening is intended to not only delight your tastebuds but also serve as an opportunit­y to see what the kitchen has to offer. Plus, you couldn’t be further from the State of Origin if screaming crowds aren’t your thing. Seats are limited, $69 per person.
