Brothers facing trial

TWO brothers who allegedly shot a Pimpama man in the face on Boxing Day last year have been committed to stand trial in the district court.

Giuseppe Surace, 39, and Francesco Surace, 41, both face a string of charges for the incident which is likely to permanently blind Isaac Wensley.

They also allegedly shot Isaac’s

Wensley.

Francesco faces the more serious charges, including attempt to murder and unlawful possession of a weapon. Giuseppe has been charged with intent to maim and disfigure.
