HOW TO PERFORM CPR
• To perform basic CPR on an adult place the patient on a firm surf–ace and put the heel of one hand on the lower half of the sternum with your other hand on top.
• Compress the chest to one third depth at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute.
• Do two breaths every 30 compressions.
