GC MARATHON RUNS IN FAMILY

-

TAMARA Morris began work with the Gold Coast Airport Marathon in 2003 when her daughters Bronte and DakotaLily were in primary school.

Since then both young ‘uns (pictured) have worked as volunteers with Dakota-Lily so inspired by the runners that she has completed the 10km and half marathon.

This year she took it many steps further by completing the full distance with much encouragement from her parents Tamara and Russell who cycled the course.

Bronte wasn’t to be left out as she could be found holding the finishing tape for the winners as they powered across the line.
