An influx of tourists hunting short-term accommodation deals during the Commonwealth Games has the potential to ignite a fire disaster on the Gold Coast, according to the Unit Owners Association of Queensland. They say Class Two buildings, which cater for mainly permanent residents, are being increasingly used for short-term accommodation through sites like Airbnb without conforming to higher fire safety legislation.

The majority of victims are male, their average age is around 36 and while the triggers for self harm vary, they often involve emotional and financial pressures. Queensland is losing more than 40 workers to suicide each year.
Mum defends having sex while breastfeeding
After talking about the issue of sex while breastfeeding in a YouTube video almost two years ago, it seems Tasha Maile is still coming under fire for her comments. She told subscribers: “A lot of people ask me if it’s OK to breastfeed and have sex. There’s nothing bad about making love at all, ever.”
