Construction begins on exclusive Northcliffe Residences
CRANES have become a familiar part of the Surfers Paradise skyline, with a number of developments taking place.
A short distance north of Jewel construction has begun on the 25-level Northcliffe Residences.
Sales of the $111 million development flew past 50 per cent last year and triggered demolition work on the project’s beachfront site.
Steven Chen of The Agency is marketing the project and said it has been one of the best-selling projects on the Gold Coast in the past 18 months, achieving $60 million in pre-sales.
Designed by renowned architect Cottee Parker, Northcliffe Residences will offer 75 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a two-level penthouse with private rooftop pool and entertaining terrace, and four whole-floor subpenthouses.
Residents will have private access to a stunning Beach Club equipped with a gymnasium, steam room, sauna, lounge, dining room, surfboard storage, and an infinity pool and terrace flowing directly to the beach.
