EMBATTLED Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has no intentions of stepping aside as the club confirmed they won’t be making any changes to their football program over the last seven weeks of the season.
Buckley reiterated yesterday the club’s focus was Saturday’s clash with Gold Coast, instead of the focus on him after four straight losses and only five wins for the year.
“I’ve been told by the board that there’s no decision until the end of the season,” he said.
“I suppose for what it’s worth, it just helps us maintain our focus week by week over the next seven week period.
“It was my intention and my understanding all along, so I suppose it’s good to be validated by the board.”
