Refugees given intro to city

FIFTEEN refugees were introduced to the Gold Coast by the Cross Cultural Liaison Unit through an Emergency Services Tour last week.

The tour introduced refugees to local government agencies, beach safety, fire extinguisher training and allowed them to learn about law and society.

The refugees came from Ethiopia, Syria, Kenya and Eritrea.
