Hewitt’s $10m shot

LLEYTON Hewitt, retired tennis star, is making a fresh attempt to quit a giant Melbourne penthouse bought from Gold Coast developer Sunland and which he’s been trying to sell since 2012.

He is on to his third set of agents as he aspires to get $10 million for the Yve property in St Kilda Rd, $5 million less than his 2012 ‘ask’.

Lleyton paid $8.325 million for two penthouses in 2004, merged them, and created a two-level pad with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
