TIME TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE WOFFEE

- MEGAN BIROT

WOFFEE or coneffee, whatever you want to call it coffee in a cone is a brewing idea.

Salt Meats Cheese in Surfers Paradise has introduced the new hybrid caffeine kick that will also satisfy sweet tooths and waitress Sarah Clark said it was already taking over the cardboard cup.

“The cappuccino cone is the crowd pleaser but you can have whichever coffee you want in the cone and kids can get hot chocolate in it,” she said.

“You’re only limited by your imagination.”

The waffle cone is coated with a leak-proof special chocolate so coffee lovers can enjoy their brew without worrying about spills.

“You can drink your coffee for about 15 mins before the chocolate starts to melt,” Ms Clark said.

A coffee in a cone costs $6.
