Dead mouse in cookies

A DEAD mouse allegedly found in a SpongeBob SquarePants biscuit packet opened by a young girl left her and her mum so traumatised they are suing for damages.

Melbourne mother Ozlem Yaman, 42, claims she watched in shock as her 10-year-old daughter Azara open the packet containing the dead animal after buying the 10-pack of SpongeBob Square-Pants Mr Munchies cookies from The Reject Shop in February 2015.

Azara and her mum are suing The Reject Shop as well as the supplier and manufacturer of the cookies. Both claim they suffered nervous shock.
