MANDY MAKES MIGHTY EFFORT

MANDY Allen is back from Lithuania where she was crowned the WFF European Ms Athletic champion.

The Gold Coast body builder has been training for four years and in just her second competition was understandably delighted with the win.

“My coach Oskar Sarkans has been amazing as have my work colleagues and lovely customers at Palazzo Versace. After the event we went to Italy for a break and some pizza,” she said. Well deserved, Mandy.
